Fixed wrangler.toml KV binding bug (pages_build_output_dir nested inside kv_namespaces). Archived 12 duplicate skills into unified skill sets: email (→ unified-email-system), YouTube transcription (→ yt-teacher-agent), affiliate marketing (→ v2), web research (→ v2). Website references updated to remove obsolete skill names.
Multi-Agent v4 Architecture
Evolved from solo orchestrator to 6-agent coordinated system: IGOR (orchestrator) + Newsletter + Social + Web Dev + POD + SENTINEL. Each agent logs to Obsidian, all skills deduplicated. EDUCATOR domain retired 2026-06-10 (zero output after 7 days).

Skills consolidated from ~218 to 44 active. 170+ redundant skills archived. ASCII architecture diagram showing hub-and-spoke single-agent design with 60-70% token savings.
Block Migration Complete
Migrated from 11 independent agents to dare404 solo orchestrator + modular skill blocks. Architecture now: user request → load block → execute → log.
